Thus says the LORD God, " Egypt, Why forget so easily? Shall you let the old destroy the new? You must not look back lest your Nation goes to the dogs, declares the LORD."
INTERPRETATION
God castigates Egypt about attempts by some to take the Nation back to the old. God commands Egypt to only look forward and not bring anything of the old to the new. Egypt must not make a mistake to vote for leaders that will not seek peace with Israel and other neighbors.
PRAYER POINT
Pray that Egyptians will heed to God's command, and not let the old tamper with the new.
