While in the Spirit, I saw a mad dog roving on the streets of Berlin in Germany, looking for who to devour.
INTERPRETATION
Elohim alerts Germany authorities of an imminent attack on the City of Berlin, by persons linked to forces of evil. Germany authorities should reinforce security in and around Berlin so as to thwart the attack.

Pray for the peace of Berlin.
