INTERPRETATION
Elohim alerts Somali and Coalition forces of an imminent terror attack on Somalia's City of Mogadishu, by the Islamic forces of Al- Shabab.
Somali and Coalition forces in Somalia should immediately reinforce security in and around Mogadishu so as to Counter the Islamic forces of darkness.
