While in the Spirit, I saw a small black cloud begin to form in the Great Lakes of Africa.

INTERPRETATION

A time of; Political uncertainty, turmoil and war, is slowly emerging in the Great Lakes of Africa.
God's coverage upon the land and its People, is completely departed.
Soon, Nations and kings of the Great Lakes Region of Africa will rise up in arms against each other, for territorial dominion and control.
The war in the Great Lakes Region will draw in other armies of Africa and the World, thus rendering the Great Lakes Region a " War Theater for the World."
Nations and Leaders of the Great Lakes of Africa should urgently seek for dialogue on All subsisting issues in the Region, before a full blown war breaks out.
