Thus says the LORD, "Israel, Israel; Do not lay in your slumber. Wake up! For the Moabites, Assyrians, Egyptians and Philistines plan war against you. Your walls you must secure from the East, West, South and North. Fear though not, for victory I have already given unto you over all your adversaries, declares the LORD."
