Thus says the LORD, " Portugal, The cry of your people I have heard! Because of your past iniquity, your nation is covered with hopelessness, anxiety and uncertainty by your people. Behold, If you repent and turn back to Me, I will restore hope unto your people, take away the spirit of despair from them and make certain their future; declares the LORD."
