Thus says the LORD God, " Israel, Why is there trouble in your heart? Can I go against My own WORD? Shall I speak and not perform? Hold your peace, though nations and their kings rise against you, I will surely give you victory over them all, declares the LORD."

God assures Israel of victory over all their adversaries

Pray that Israel will hold her faith and trust God for victory over their enemies
