Thus says the LORD God, " Woe unto you the kings of Persia, Because of your evil thoughts and abominable acts against Israel, I will surely punish thee and your descendants, declares the LORD."

God castigates and pronounces punishment unto the kings of Iran

Pray that the kings of Iran will cease their evil against Israel so as to escape God's punishment
