Thus says the LORD, "Israel, Israel; Shall you chose to listen to the voices of your enemies than My own voice? Have I not commanded you not to ally nor seek concessions from the very kings of Nations that seek not your peace? Shall you follow them sheepishly and fall into their snare? Is obedience not better than disobedience? Listen to Me now, you must not subdue yourselves under any nation or king or else, their own judgement shall come upon your own kings, declares the LORD."
