Thus says the LORD God, " Russia, Will you give justice to some and take away from others? Have I not punished your nation in the past for the same evil, when your kings sought to make themselves gods? Cease your evil ways and let there be justice for all in your land lest, I lift My rod against you, declares the LORD."
