Thus says the LORD God, " Woe unto you the land between the rivers! For the sword that you used against My People, is now turned against you! Your Cities shall all burn and be desolate! Your people shall raise sword against each other and bloodshed shall cover your land! Foreigners shall enter your land and plunder all its resources! All your idols and temples of Baal shall be burned down! Weeping and mourning shall not depart from your walls and then, you shall know that I alone, I am the God of Nations, declares the LORD."
INTERPRETATION
God decrees judgement and punishment unto the Nation of Iraq. Peace shall continue to be so far away from the Nation of Iraq.
PRAYER POINTS
Pray that at God's appointed time, God shall withdraw His sword away from Iraq.
Pray that Iraq and her people will repent and turn to the God of Heaven for deliverance.
