Thus says the LORD God, " Israel, Who has bewitched you? Shall you foolishly fall into the snares of your enemies, under the guise of peace? Does your peace and that of Jerusalem come from man? Shall you chose to put your trust in man than in Me? Am I not the God of Israel and Jerusalem? Behold, all those in your land that side with men against Israel, I will punish, declares the LORD."
INTERPRETATION
God castigates Israel's leadership for falling prey to the snares of Israel's adversaries. Israel and Jerusalem's peace derives not from man but from God. God shall punish all those in Israel that side with the World against Jerusalem and Israel.
PRAYER POINTS
Pray that Israel's leadership will not go against God's WORD concerning Jerusalem and Israel.
Pray that God will punish all those that seek not the well being of Jerusalem and Israel.
