While in the Spirit, I saw blood mixed with the waters of the Black Sea.

INTERPRETATION

Elohim alerts Jewish people dwelling in the Nation at the heart of the Black Sea that's Turkey,  of a conspiracy to harm and kill Jews in the Nation.
Jewish people in Turkey should get on a move out of the Nation.
