Thus says the LORD, " Listen to Me O Nations, Am I not the One who gives power unto Nations? Behold; I give global power to new Nations that had no such before; declares the LORD."

INTERPRETATION

The world is going to experience unprecedented shift in global power. Nations deemed powerless before, are going to take a lead role in global power while Nations deemed powerful before, are going to have their power diminished.
